Free forever · Nothing uploaded
Images, PDFs, Word documents and spreadsheets — converted inside your browser, on your own device. No sign-up, no watermark, no file ever leaves your computer.
Files are processed on your device using your browser. Nothing is sent to a server — which also means very large files depend on your own device's memory.
What it handles
Onvert covers the conversions small businesses actually need day to day — and we've left out the ones that can't be done properly for free, rather than let you find out the hard way.
Including HEIC straight off an iPhone. Resize and set quality on the way through.
Turn pages into images, pull the text out, merge a pile of PDFs, split or rotate them.
Word files out to PDF, web page, plain text or Markdown. Best on straightforward documents.
Move between the formats accountants, developers and shopping carts all insist on.
How it works
01
One file or fifty. Onvert sorts them into groups and works out what each one can become.
02
Choose the output format for each group, then set quality or size if it matters to you.
03
Grab files one at a time, or take the whole lot as a single ZIP.
Questions
No. Every conversion runs inside your browser using your device's own processor. Your files are never transmitted to Madexify or anyone else, which is why Onvert works on confidential documents that you'd never paste into a random website.
Yes. No account, no email required, no watermark on anything, no trial that expires. Madexify is a digital marketing and web design agency in Pakenham — we build free tools because it's a better introduction than an ad.
Because doing that properly means rebuilding the layout, and no free browser-based library does it well. We'd rather leave it out than hand you a mess. PDF to plain text is here, and it's usually the quicker route anyway.
Not in this version. Video conversion in a browser means a very large download before anything happens, and it can crash phones on bigger files. We're weighing it up — tell us below if you'd use it.
That depends on your device rather than on us. Desktop browsers handle large PDFs and image batches comfortably. On an older phone, convert in smaller batches.
Text, headings, lists and tables carry across well. Complex layouts, columns and precise corporate templates won't be pixel-perfect — for those, Word's own "Save as PDF" is better.

Onvert, Undersign and Qwirl are free because we'd rather be useful first. When you need the bigger work done properly, that's the day job.
