We designed and developed a career development platform for SmartChoice Careers using WordPress and Elementor. The website supports graduating students, early-career professionals, and individuals considering a career change by making guidance, coaching, and employment support easier to access.

The platform presents services including vocational counselling, interview coaching, résumé development, overseas study guidance, and talent support for businesses. Clear navigation, service-focused pages, case studies, testimonials, contact forms, and responsive layouts help users quickly find the right pathway.

AI-assisted functionality was also incorporated to evaluate CVs and résumés, identify areas for improvement, and provide career suggestions informed by current industry trends and labour-market demand.

The result is a professional, accessible platform that combines human coaching with practical technology. It helps users better understand their strengths, improve their applications, explore relevant career options, and make more informed decisions about education, employment, and long-term professional growth.
