We designed and developed Monship as a specialised maritime recruitment platform using WordPress and Elementor. The website connects seafarers with relevant job opportunities while helping marine employers identify suitable candidates through a clear, responsive, and industry-focused experience.

Its maritime visual identity, structured navigation, and responsive layouts create a professional experience across desktop and mobile devices.

AI-assisted functionality supports CV and résumé evaluation by identifying candidate skills, experience, and potential role suitability. It also improves job matching by comparing applicant profiles with available maritime vacancies and hiring requirements.
