We designed and developed Monship as a specialised maritime recruitment platform using WordPress and Elementor. The website connects seafarers with relevant job opportunities while helping marine employers identify suitable candidates through a clear, responsive, and industry-focused experience.

The platform includes job discovery, candidate registration, profile creation, résumé uploads, recruitment information, company credibility sections, testimonials, and direct enquiry tools. Its maritime visual identity, structured navigation, and responsive layouts create a professional experience across desktop and mobile devices.

AI-assisted functionality supports CV and résumé evaluation by identifying candidate skills, experience, and potential role suitability. It also improves job matching by comparing applicant profiles with available maritime vacancies and hiring requirements.

The final platform combines recruitment, candidate assessment, and employer support within one accessible system. It simplifies the hiring journey, helps jobseekers find more relevant opportunities, and enables maritime businesses to make faster, better-informed recruitment decisions.
