All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, so the number you see is the number on the invoice. International clients pay the same price, invoiced in AUD or the USD equivalent on the day, whichever you prefer.
Domain and hosting are separate from the build price. If you already have hosting, give us the login and we build there at no extra cost. If you host with us, the first year of domain and hosting is free with any website build (Launch, Business or Commerce), then $150 a year for both. Ongoing maintenance and support is optional at $250 a month, excluding hosting, and one-off help is $55 an hour with a 2-hour minimum.
No. Social, content and maintenance plans are month-to-month. Give us 14 days notice and the plan ends at the close of the billing month, with everything we made handed over.
Yes. Prepay any social plan for 3 months and save 5%, 6 months and save 10%, or 12 months and save 15%. The same discounts apply to the monthly part of a bundle. Prepaid terms are invoiced once at the start and are non-refundable, but you can upgrade tiers at any time and only pay the difference.
The $200 add-on is our management fee only. Ad spend is billed by Meta, Google or OpenAI directly to your ad account, so you see every dollar and you keep the account if we ever part ways.
