Refund and Returns Policy

At Madexify, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital solutions through strategic creativity and technical precision. As a service-based agency, we invest significant time and resources into every project, which means our refund and return policy differs from physical goods businesses.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services offered by Madexify, including but not limited to:

  • Social Media Management
  • Google Ads & Meta Ad Campaigns
  • Website Design & Development (WordPress, Shopify, E-Commerce)
  • Brand Identity & Logo Design
  • Content Creation & Strategy

2. Refund Eligibility

Because of the personalized nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once the project has commenced. However, we understand every situation is unique. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Project Not Yet Started: If you request a cancellation before any work has begun, a full or partial refund may be possible (subject to any initial setup or consultation charges).
  • Service Delay Caused by Madexify: If we fail to deliver on agreed timelines without justified cause and fail to rectify the delay after notice, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Duplicate Payment: In the event of accidental duplicate transactions, a full refund of the duplicated amount will be issued.

3. Logo Design & Creative Work

Due to the creative and subjective nature of Logo Design and brand identity work:

  • A 50% deposit is required upfront to initiate design work. This is non-refundable once the project has started.
  • Once the initial concepts are shared, the remaining 50% becomes due and is also non-refundable.
  • We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions as part of our standard logo package. Further revisions may incur additional charges.
  • All deliverables will be provided in industry-standard formats (AI, SVG, PNG, etc.).

4. No Refunds After Final Delivery

Once a project or service has been completed and the final files or access have been delivered, we cannot offer a refund. Our team works collaboratively with you throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and transparency.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution and avoid any disputes, clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and content
  • Communicate any concerns early during the process
  • Adhere to agreed timelines for deliverables and revisions

6. Project Pauses or Terminations

If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to client non-responsiveness, we reserve the right to close the project. Any payments made up to that point will not be refunded. To resume work, a restart fee may apply depending on the scope of re-engagement.
